OnWater & WebTimes: Change Sail Numbers on the Fly

Background:

Neither OnWater nor WebTimes have the functionality to allow “on the fly” changes.

However, occasions will arise where the competitor wants to change sails. Failing to update TopYacht will create some unexpected outcomes

The sail numbers originate in TES (nominated by the competitor at the time the entry is made) and hence are the sail numbers that TopYacht is expecting to provide sensible results.
